I purchased my last car through Darren, he certainly knows his stuff about cars! I felt confident that I was buying a quality, reliable vehicle and I was not disappointed. Darren was not pushy and I didn't feel at all pressured to buy and he answered any questions very knowledgeably . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Darren to anyone looking for a pre loved car.

From the moment i walked into the showroom i felt comfortable with Darren, he wasn't at all pushy, let us take the Car for a test drive, when i said although i loved the car i wasn't ready to make a decision, he was understanding and didn't try to push me. I called him later that day to say i wanted the car picked it up the next week. Unfortunately there was a fault on the car, Darren picked the car up from me and delivered it back, even put fuel in it, his usual mechanic wasn't able to rectify the issue, so Darren booked it into volvo, even paid for a courtesy car whilst volvo carried out the repairs. To say i am pleased with the service and the car is an understatement.
In all my years i have never met a car dealer like Darren he is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is rightand the customer is happy. Me and my husband will definately go back and would highly
recommend him. Thank you so much Darren for such excellent service.

To add context here - this is the first Google review I have ever written but felt compelled to do so after the Customer Service and after care I received from Darren.
I am naturally cautious of second hand Car salesman and the industry as a whole, but I can only describe my dealings with The Autobarn and Darren in particular as top class and highly professional throughout. Frustratingly, the vehicle I purchased off of them has had a couple of separate issues resulting in Bills of in excess of £1k. I attribute no blame to The Autobarn as I understand they are only flipping second hand cars but through no fault of my own I was left with a vehicle that was not fit for purpose. On each occasion after contacting Darren, he responded straight away and promised to pick up the costs of repair as the issues have arisen within 6 months of me purchasing the vehicle off of them. He has the dealt directly with Garage that has been fixing the car and settled the balance prior to me picking up the vehicle.
I do not live locally to The Autobarn (approx. 3 hours away) but the service I have received means that I will always reach out to him first before purchasing my cars as I am safe in the knowledge I will get looked after throughout the whole process and not just until they have secured the sale.
Thanks a lot Darren - you have restored my faith in Second hand car Salesman.

I can highly recommend Autobarn at Mill Hill.
Darren really went above and beyond for the sale of the B Class to us on a Sunday. Even so far as collecting us from March train station at lunchtime. Sale was seamless and even a three month warranty.
